Our Privacy Pledge
Gadish Financial recognizes the importance to you of keeping your information secure and confidential. We will not sell or share nonpublic personal information about you with third parties either outside or within our corporate family except as explained in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy covers personally identifiable information about current and former customers who obtain financial products or services from us.
This Privacy Policy is provided as required by the Federal Financial Privacy Law.

The collection of this information may occur at various times while you have an account relationship with us. Our goal is to maintain accurate and complete customer information.
How We May Use Your Information
Sharing Information Outside the Gadish Family of Companies
We may share all of the information we collect about you, as described above, with companies outside of the Gadish Family of Companies who perform marketing services on our behalf or with other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements. We may also share information with companies outside of the Gadish Family of Companies as permitted by law, such as to respond to a subpoena or court order, to prevent fraud or to comply with an inquiry of by a government agency.
We will not sell your personal information and we will not permit third parties, with whom we legally share your personal information, to sell, market, or resell your personal information.
Sharing Information Within the Gadish Family of Companies
We may share transaction and experience information about you, including identifying information such as your name and address, payment history, consumer credit report information, and other information permitted by law, within the Gadish Family of Companies. By sharing that information we can better serve your financial needs. We will notify you of products and/or services that may interest you. You can tell us not to share certain credit reporting information with our affiliates, such as creditors with whom you recently applied for credit. We’ll continue to share this information with our affiliates as it is allowed by law.
Your Privacy Choices

Former Customers
If you were, but are no longer, our customer, the policies and practices described in this Privacy Policy will apply to you except as stated below in the section on “Additional Rights and Modifications.”
Safeguarding Your Information
Access to customer information is restricted to personnel who need the information to perform their job responsibilities. We periodically review our security standards, procedures, and technology to protect unauthorized access to your confidential information, which complies with applicable federal standards to protect nonpublic personal information.
Additional Rights and Modifications
You may have other privacy protections under state law. We will provide notice of our Privacy Policy to you annually, as long as you maintain a customer relationship with us. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy in any respect at any time, and we will inform you of changes as required by law.

The information sharing practices described above are designed in accordance with federal law. California law places additional restrictions on sharing information about California residents, as long as they remain California residents. If you are a California resident, you have the right to control if we share your personal and financial information with our affiliated companies and other companies we do business with to provide you with options for financial products and services. These choices are made while exercising YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES above.
Identity Theft Information
If you believe you may be a victim of identity theft with regards to a Gadish Financial transaction, please submit your written statement to 5482 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 1612, Los Angeles, CA 90046. If you already filed a report with a law enforcement agency, please include a copy of the report with your correspondence. Additional information from you may be requested.
This Privacy Policy applies to Gadish Properties, Inc., an affiliated company. It is effective as of March 1, 2007.
